According to these documents, U.S. intelligence agencies concluded that Russia did not play a significant role in Donald Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton, raising questions about the basis of the investigation into alleged Trump-Russia collusion.

These communications reportedly show efforts by both administration officials and campaign aides to collect information linking Donald Trump to Russian President Vladimir Putin during the summer of 2016.
