Donald Trump has long claimed he sleeps only four to five hours a night, even during his presidency. While some world leaders follow demanding schedules, Melania confirmed his limited sleep pattern during a Fox News interview last year.
“He doesn’t sleep much,” she said with a smile before adding, “He does, of course.”

When host Greg Gutfeld asked if Trump wears pajamas, she quickly replied, “No.” Pressed further about what he wears to bed, she stayed silent, simply making a zipping gesture across her lips — leaving viewers both amused and curious.
Inside Air Force One: The Sleepless Flights
CNN correspondent Kaitlan Collins later shed light on Trump’s restless nature, especially during international trips. Speaking on the Trading Secrets podcast with Jason Tartick, she revealed that traveling with Trump could be exhausting.
“I had a source who said you never want to be on Air Force One on a trip,” Collins recalled. “Trump doesn’t sleep. He’s always up and talking. If staff are asleep, he’ll have someone wake them because he wants to chat.”

Between late-night conversations, constant energy, and little rest, Trump’s sleep routine seems to follow his larger-than-life personality. Whether at the White House or aboard Air Force One, one thing is certain — downtime isn’t part of his schedule.
